Parent/Guardian and Graduate must approve to participate in graduation ceremony: By submission, I hereby authorize H.E.R.I. (Home Education Resources and Information) permission to use graduate’s name, photograph, introduction, life verse, and video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to H.E.R.I.’s printed and digital publications and website and social media platforms. I acknowledge that since my participation with H.E.R.I. is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby irrevocably authorize H.E.R.I. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute graduate’s name, photo, video, introduction, and life verse for purposes of publicizing H.E.R.I. or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein graduate’s likeness appears.

All graduates’ parents/guardians are required to volunteer with HERI or "buy out" this obligation for $75.00.
