DISMISS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED HATE LAWSUITS AGAINST DONALD J. TRUMP
WE THE PEOPLE demand all lawsuits based on HATE WITH POLITICAL MOTIVE against Donald J. Trump be DISMISSED.
We ask the court that all charges brought against Donald J. Trump before the Supreme Court and any and all courts in the State of New York be dismissed in favor of saving our republic.
We believe he committed no crime! The statute of limitations expired on this case. Other prosecutable situations were never brought against other political figures. I quote James B. Comey: "Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." Bill Clinton's lawyers said Bill Clinton's behavior was "morally reprehensible" not impeachable." Hillary Clinton's campaign was merely fined over Dossier Spending Disclosure and no crime was charged. The Obama campaign was fined for hiding donors in excess donation including the CCP and no crime charged. Lying under oath to the American people can never be justified to WE THE PEOPLE.
The American people file this petition to stop the hatred, stress, anger and financial cost to us created by this unjustified judicial action. This case has brought deterioration to our legal system, to our country, and to our standing in the world.
The dismissal of this case in the State of New York against Donald J. Trump which we believe is based on hate and political motivation, should serve as a precedent for all such cases to follow in the United States of America.
